Gina will share highlights from her extraordinary and challenging career in the male-dominated field of federal law enforcement and provide insight into how she successfully collaborated with 17 law enforcement agencies across Southern California to bring the Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory to Orange County.

Voice for Girls is an exciting, jam-packed morning and seating is limited. Register early so you don’t miss out! Plus, every Voice for Girls attendee will be entered into a drawing for one group tour (up to 15 people) of OC’s Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory.

About our Keynote

Gina L. Osborn began her law enforcement career in 1986 by enlisting in the U.S. Army as a Counterintelligence Special Agent.  She served six years during the Cold War working the highest profile espionage cases in the European Theater. In 1996, Ms. Osborn became a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  She has had numerous assignments over the last 22 years that include investigating Asian Organized Crime on a task force in the Little Saigon District of Orange County, supervising counterterrorism investigations in Southeast Asia, and leading teams in the review and assessment of investigative programs in field offices and FBI Headquarters as an Inspection Division Team Leader.  Ms. Osborn is currently the Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Cyber and Computer Forensics Programs in Los Angeles.  She oversees investigations relating to national security and criminal computer intrusions and has provided foundational leadership in the creation of the Orange County Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory.
