Baldassari, Mueller, Osborn to support strategic planning, policy development, and fiduciary oversight for Girl Scouts of Orange County
IRVINE, Calif. – The Girl Scouts of Orange County Board of Directors appointed three new members to its roster– Jeff Baldassari, Senior Director for HBR Consulting, Christine Mueller, Vice President and Director of Operations for Capital Group, and Gina L. Osborn, President of G-Girl Productions and former Cyber Assistant Special Agent in Charge, Los Angeles FBI. These community and business leaders join Girl Scouts of Orange County’s existing board members in governing the council through functions that include strategic planning, policy development, and fiduciary oversight.
Jeff Baldassari is a Senior Director for HBR Consulting, a national leader in advisory, managed services, and software solutions for the Am Law 200 and Fortune 1000 companies. Baldassari previously served as President and CEO of a multi-site manufacturer of high-end office furniture for 16 years and practiced law for five years with a national firm. Baldassari relocated to Irvine from Cleveland in 2014. Past board appointments include committees at both Cleveland State University and Kent State University, and the Ohio Chamber of Commerce - Board of Directors. Gratitude is at the core of his belief system, and making a positive impact on others is a priority.
Christine Mueller is Vice President and Director of Operations for Capital Group. In her current role, Mueller oversees facility and property management for Capital’s Norfolk, VA, Carmel, IN, San Antonio, TX, and Irvine, CA locations. Mueller is also a member of Capital’s Security Coordinating Group, which manages workplace violence prevention. She holds the Facilities Management Administrator designation with the Building Owners and Managers Association and is a LEED-accredited professional by the United States Green Building Council. Mueller is also the incoming board President for the International Facility Management Association, Orange County. Mueller has been a Girl Scout for 42 years, earned her Girl Scout Silver and Girl Scout Gold Awards, and serves as a troop leader and service unit volunteer.
Gina L. Osborn is President of G-Girl Productions. She is a television writer and dynamic public speaker, sharing her extensive knowledge in cybersecurity, counterterrorism, collaborative leadership, and female empowerment. Osborn began her career in law enforcement in 1987 by enlisting in the U.S. Army as a Counterintelligence Special Agent. She spent six years during the end of the Cold War investigating the highest profile espionage cases in the European Theater. As an FBI Special Agent, Osborn had numerous assignments in Orange County and Los Angeles that included investigating Asian Organized Crime in Little Saigon and supervising counterterrorism investigations in Southeast Asia. For the last 11 years, Osborn was the FBI Cyber Assistant Special Agent in Charge, leading investigations relating to national security and criminal computer intrusions. She also spearheaded creation of the Orange County Regional Computer Forensics Lab.
